Please give at least 12 hours notice if cancellation is needed. Customers cancelling within 12 hours of appointment will be asked to pay a 50% cancellation fee. If a gift card of any type is to be used, it will be redeemed in full. Exceptions made for emergencies. Please just communicate with us if you need to change your appointment.
